How we hire
Real skills. Real ownership.
- Skills over degrees. We don't care where you studied or if you finished. Show us work you made.
- Ownership over titles. We want people who chase problems, not tickets. If it's broken, you fix it.
- Interns → full-time. If you're in college, this internship is a real path. Strong interns convert to full-time or PPO offers.
- Stipend is negotiable. Varies with prior experience. If you've shipped work you're proud of, bring links — the stronger the portfolio, the more room to negotiate.
