What we're building
JobSwitch is an AI agent that hunts and applies to jobs on behalf of its user, inside WhatsApp. It's a real product with real users in beta. The team is small and the surface area is wide — model behavior, conversation design, ATS integrations, application drafting, evaluation, and the trust scaffolding around all of it.
Roles we'll likely open first
- Founding engineer (full-stack / agents).
- Conversation and product designer — someone who can make a chat feel like a friend.
- Operator / generalist who'd run beta cohorts and hold the line on user feedback.
None of these are open today as advertised roles. If you're interested in any of them, write to us with a few lines about you and what you'd want to build — that's enough to start a conversation.
