We're looking for one person who lives in the seam between design and frontend. You could call yourself a product designer who codes, or a frontend engineer who obsesses over craft — we don't mind which label you pick. What matters is that you have taste, you ship, and you care about the small things users never notice until they're wrong.
What you'll own
- Designing and building the surfaces around our WhatsApp agent — the marketing site, onboarding flows, the user dashboard, and internal tools we use to review agent runs.
- Shaping how the agent feels in chat — copy, timing, tone, the difference between "assistant" and "friend."
- The design system end-to-end: tokens, components, motion, and the visual language across the product.
- Turning fuzzy product ideas into concrete prototypes fast, then hardening the ones that work into real, shipped features.
What we're looking for
Real skills, not credentials. We don't care where you studied or whether you finished. Show us work you made and cared about — side projects and class projects count.
- A portfolio with an actual point of view — not just Figma files, but things you designed, built, and shipped.
- Comfort in React and Tailwind, or the willingness to be comfortable within a few weeks. You should be able to take a Figma frame and turn it into production code without a handoff meeting.
- An eye for typography, spacing, and motion. If you notice bad kerning in the wild, you already have the instinct we're hiring for.
- Ownership. You chase problems, not tickets. When something looks off, you fix it without waiting to be told.
- Directness. You'll disagree with us on things — we'd rather hear it than not.
Nice to have
- Motion / interaction design experience (Framer Motion, Rive, After Effects).
- Prior work on a design system used by more than one team.
- A blog, side project, or Twitter/Substack where you think in public.
The offer
- Where: remote-friendly, IST overlap preferred.
- Shape: internship or full-time — we're flexible. Interns who ship well convert to full-time or PPO offers. If you're in college, treat this as a real path, not a parking lot.
- Stipend: varies with prior experience. If you've shipped work you're proud of, bring links — the stronger the portfolio, the more room to negotiate.
- Start: rolling. We read every application within a few days.
