Built for people who'd rather be working.

Job hunting is a full-time job. JobSwitch is an AI agent that does that job for you — inside the app you already use every day.

Why we built it

The way most people look for work hasn't really changed in fifteen years. You open ten tabs, you tweak the same résumé six different ways, you copy-paste the same answers into the same forms, and you do it again tomorrow. The good roles are buried. The application UX is broken. The signal-to-noise ratio is terrible.

Meanwhile, AI agents have gotten genuinely good at the boring middle of that work — reading job descriptions, mapping them against a profile, drafting tailored applications, and submitting them. So we put one to work for you.

We put it in WhatsApp because that's where you already are. No new app, no dashboard, no Chrome extension that asks for permission to read every page you visit. You just say yes.

How it started

The motivation for JobSwitch didn't arrive in a strategy doc. It started crystallising during a long, rambling conversation with my friend Aviral — the kind of conversation where you're both just venting about how absurd the modern job hunt has become. The tabs, the résumé tweaks, the forms that ask for the same six things in slightly different boxes, the silence on the other end. Talking it through with him helped me see the problem clearly enough to want to go build something about it.

Aviral has been a friend to think out loud with ever since, and I'm grateful for it.

Who's behind it

JobSwitch is built by Haritashya at Neurastats — a small product and engineering studio in Jaipur, India. Neurastats has been shipping software for clients across web, mobile, and AI/ML for several years. JobSwitch is our first consumer product, born out of the same problem we kept watching friends and candidates struggle through: applying to jobs is exhausting, and most of it shouldn't have to be human work anymore.

What we believe

  • Agents should work for the user. Not for the platform, not for advertisers, not for a hidden ranking model. Yours, on your side.
  • The interface should disappear. WhatsApp is a thread. The agent should feel like a thoughtful friend who happens to be very good at this.
  • Be honest about what AI can and can't do. The agent drafts. You approve where it matters. We don't claim it'll get you the job — we claim it'll do the part you hate so you can focus on the part you don't.
  • Privacy is a default, not a feature. Your résumé doesn't get used to train somebody else's model. Read the Privacy Policy — we wrote it in plain English on purpose.

Where we are

JobSwitch is in beta. It's free to use during this period while we iron out the rough edges and add support for more job boards and ATSs. If you want to try it, start a chat from the home page — the agent will take it from there.
